Electrical Engineering(PUCP), M. Sc in Energy (UNI), CEM® (Certified Energy Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional). Energy Specialist with 15 years of professional experience in Projects of Energy Infrastructure in Oil and Gas sector, in companies such as Pluspetrol Norte SA and Petrobras Energía Perú SA (currently CNPC Perú SA) He has experience in Energy Planning in Energy and Mines Ministry. He is member of Sociedad de Ingenieros de Petróleo (SPE) , Association of Energy Engineers - AEE, Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú (CIP), American Society of Mechanical Engineers - ASME. Currently is Energy consultant (Oil, gas, electricity, energy efficiency and renewable energy and lecturer at PUCP, specialization course in Project Management - PMI
